Charlie Robonik Competition Rules​

Employees and non-employee workers of Brampton Publishers Ltd and other companies associated with the promotion of the giveaway and affiliates, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter the giveaway. To enter you must 16 years of age upon entering, and are resident of the United Kingdom and have a United Kingdom address. Only one entry per competition is permitted. Other than the purchase of the book, Charlie Robonik - No purchase is necessary to enter. There is no cash, credit or other alternative to the prize offered. The prize offered is a Family of 4 Tickets to LEGOLAND® Windsor (valued up to £200.00). This prize is nonreturnable nonexchangeable. One winner will be chosen at random via RANDOM.ORG. Email addresses will be used to notify the winner 7 days after closing date of competition. The winner will have 28 days to provide their details and claim their prize. If the winner fails to claim their prize within the set time-limit, the winner will forfeit their right to the prize and their claim will be invalid. We may then select another random winner from the competition. Emails addresses will not be sold to 3rd parties. We may however on time to time use email addresses to notify entrants of future competitions and promotions, please let us know if you do not wish to receive these emails. To enter the competition, you must agree to these Official Rules. Therefore, please read the following rules carefully prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree.

You agree that submission of an entry in the competition constitutes agreement to these rules. You may not submit an entry to the competition and are not eligible to receive the prizes described in the official rules, unless you agree to the official rules. These official rules form a binding legal agreement between you and the competition sponsors with respect to the competition. By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of competition sponsor personnel. The competition sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the competition, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If this arises we may randomly select another person as the winner. If the conduct or outcome of the competition is affected by human error, any mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the competition sponsors, the competition sponsors reserve the right to terminate this competition, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the competition sponsors deem appropriate. All decisions will be made by the competition sponsors and are final. The competition sponsors may waive any of these rules in their sole discretion. The competition sponsors reserve the right to withdraw or terminate this competition at any time without prior notice.
